Who built this

ConsumerSuit was built to do one thing well: give a person facing a dispute an honest read on where they actually stand — the law that applies, how strong their case really is, and the documents to act on it — without the £200-an-hour bill.

The short version: an independent tool that tells you the truth about your case — even when the truth is that it's weaker than you hoped — and shows you exactly what would make it stronger.

Why it exists

Most people with a good claim never get through the door. They can't afford a lawyer, and the commodity part of legal work — "here's roughly your claim, here's a letter" — costs more than it's worth. At the same time, an adviser who charges by the hour has every incentive to tell you your case is great, because that keeps you paying.

We built the opposite. A tool that finds the law that applies, weighs the case honestly, drafts the documents, and helps you rehearse the hearing — so that the person who'd otherwise never be heard can walk in with their case assembled, and the person whose claim doesn't stand up hears that plainly, before they spend months on it.

The one principle: honesty

The engine only asserts what the facts actually support. Where your own account doesn't yet establish a claim, we don't quietly assert it (over-claiming) and we don't hide it — we show it as a grounded option and tell you exactly what's missing and how to get it. Everything you're shown is scored against your facts, not inflated to make a sale.

That's not a nicety bolted on top. Trust through honesty is the whole product: a self-help tool is only worth relying on if its "you have a strong claim here" and its "there isn't a supported claim here" both mean what they say.

What it is — and isn't

ConsumerSuit is an AI-powered self-help tool for England & Wales. It is not a law firm and does not represent you. Being AI-powered, it can get things wrong — always check anything important before you act. For advice on your specific circumstances, consult a qualified solicitor or a regulated advice service such as Citizens Advice.

Your case text and uploads are processed to generate your result and are not stored on our servers afterwards — they stay in your browser. How we handle data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

Who's behind it

ConsumerSuit is a product of Athi 360 — an independent company, not a law firm. Athi 360 builds tools on a simple belief: that the systems ordinary people have to navigate, starting with disputes, should be workable without paying for professional time they can't afford. Access to justice means handing a person their case assembled, not just a form. ConsumerSuit is one of the products built toward that.
